At the XReal lab, I worked as a 3D Artist supporting faculty and instructional designers in integrating immersive and interactive technologies into curriculum. Projects spanned VR simulation development, 3D scanning workflows, and content creation for academic and public-facing events. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and schools to produce real-time assets and interactive content.
3D & Technical Art
3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation for real-time and cinematic use
Creation of 2D/3D animations and integration of motion capture data
Worked with MetaHuman for realistic character development
Built NeRFs (Neural Radiance Fields) for spatial reconstruction
XR & Game Engine Development
Developed VR simulations for PCVR and Android (APK) platforms
Created and managed immersive environments in Unreal Engine 4/5 and Unity
Designed collaborative virtual spaces using Mozilla Hubs
Scanning & Emerging Tech
Operated and processed data from Artec 3D Scanners, Trimble 3D Laser Scanners, and Hololens
Cleaned and optimized 3D scan data for use in interactive environments
Collaborated with other schools and teams to develop 3D assets for live demos and academic events
Strong familiarity with cross-platform testing and optimization
